1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At Lysergic, we provide well packaged and safe standard delivery to any address on the globe. All our shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the items in your shopping cart and their shipping destination. You will not need to register or login first. We are simply human, contact us if you have any questions or concerns!!

We strive to keep our rates affordable, our focus is on getting the items to you quickly and safely. We also love it when you are able to pick up your order in person in Berlin!

2. ORDER STATUS & TRACKING

We will do our best to process and ship all your orders within 5 working days upon confirmation of payment, from our base in Berlin. This could vary with circumstances such as print availability (we occasionally need to reprint non limited edition items), shipping restrictions, payment authorization, and also unlikely issues with packing or dispatching the order. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received. Expect a further confirmation email once your order is sent, as well as in between if there are any delays such as those mentioned here.

Local Deliveries

If you live in Berlin or are visiting, we are very happy for you to pick your order up in person. Either from the stand at the Mauer Park flea market, or our Berlin base which is just a few minutes from there.

3. TAXES, DUTIES & TARIFFS

For all international orders, you may need to pay for import taxes, duties and tariffs (if any) as per your country’s governing laws in order to clear customs.

4. MODE OF PAYMENTS

We accept payments via direct bank deposit, credit card and PayPal. Our favorite option is direct bank deposit as it involves ZERO fees and no nasty financial middle men 😉

5. REFUNDS & RETURNS

Thanks for purchasing from Lysergic.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, we will process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, you will not be eligible for a refund.
