This artwork comes from an action painting approach to screen printing where the colors are smeared across the blank screen and “printed” in broad sweeping gestures. Often you will end up with a dark brownish purple smudge, but with some practice and good intentions there is some control and poetry to be found.
To get to this digital print, the original mono print has been scanned and slightly graded for higher contrast and smoother saturation. Here it is available printed on a high gloss surface, to add additional sheen and resonance.
Description
The print is made with highest quality Epson pigment ink onto archival high gloss photo paper. It is signed on the back (except A5).
It is recommended not to display inkjet prints in direct sunlight. And watch out for fingerprints 🙂
This artwork ships in a biodegradable sleeve with thick cardboard backing support. A2 ships rolled with ph neutral transparent paper.
